Pam Wolstenholme

Sales Representative

About me

With a strong foundation in property and law, Pam brings a great deal of dedication, sharp attention to detail, and deep understanding of the property process making her a trusted guide whether you're buying your first home, investing, or ready to sell. She enjoys building real connections with clients and takes pride in making the process feel relaxed, clear, and genuinely supportive from beginning to end.

Although originally from New Zealand, Pam spent 7 years living in Brisbane from the age of 17. During this time she began her career as a Junior Legal Secretary and then went on to become a Research Assistant in an investigation company specialising in identifying trade mark and intellectual property.

Pam returned to New Zealand in her early 20s, where her property, law, and real estate journey began. She spent several years with a Solicitor in Hamilton specialising in conveyancing, followed by around five years with a leading real estate firm managing administration, marketing, and property management. In 2017, Pam moved to Taupo and transitioned back into the legal field as an Executive Legal Assistant. Her role focused on property
conveyancing (residential, commercial, and agricultural), preparing commercial leases, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts—experience that now gives her clients a unique edge when navigating the legal side of buying or selling a home.

Pam and Tahlia first visited Yanchep in 2020 to see Tracy, instantly falling in love with the area. In 2022, they made the move to Australia, where Pam quickly completed her Real Estate Sales Representative course and has been proudly serving the local community alongside her mum, Tracy.

Now happily settled, Pam lives with her partner Stewart and their two fur babies — Nox and Charlie. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring on the back of their motorbike and spending time with family.
