Tracy treated us like royalty!

I am writing to compliment, Tracy Ewins, who sold us an investment property at 5 Karril Turn, Yanchep in December 2014. I called Tracy very early one morning and she was ready to head off to the property even though she admitted still being in her PJs

We loved the property and signed the offer and acceptance on the same day i.e. 30 November 2014. With Tracy’s help we moved in prior to settlement 18 days later.

Post settlement we couldn’t find the keys to the letterbox so Tracy contacted the previous owners and the builders to see if they could assist. We needed new rubbish bins so Tracy organised this for us through the local Shire. Months later I had asked Tracy about obtaining a copy of the previous owner’s depreciation schedule which Tracy provided within 2 business days. We also received a beautiful gift bag, loaded with treats. This was something we have never experienced before and we have several other investment properties.

Although, at times I felt we were very ‘high maintenance’ buyers, Tracy treated us like royalty, with absolute respect and professionalism. As a result, I always recommend Harcourt's because of how well we were looked after.

We have six (6) children and I work full-time and don’t have a lot of time to spare but it is always appropriate to take time to recognise others, albeit 7-months later. I hope that this letter will go in some way recognising how Tracy represents Harcourt's in a most positive light.
