Pam Wolstenholme - Senior Sales Representative

With a strong foundation in property and law, Pam brings a great deal of dedication, sharp attention to detail, and deep understanding of the property process making her a trusted guide whether you' re buying your first home, investing, or ready to sell. She enjoys building real connections with clients and takes pride in making the process feel relaxed, clear, and genuinely supportive from beginning to end.

Although originally from New Zealand, Pam spent 7 years living in Brisbane from the age of 17.  during this time she began her career as a Junior Legal Secretary and then went on to become a Research Assistant in an investigation company specialising in identifying trade mark and intellectual property.

Pam returned to New Zealand in her early 20s, which is where Pam’s property, law and real estate journey began. She initially spent a number of years working with a Solicitor in Hamilton specialising in conveyancing. She then spent approximately five years with one of the leading real estate firms handling administration, marketing, and property management.

In around 2017 Pam moved to Taupo where she transitioned back into the legal field, attaining a role as an Executive Legal Assistant. A major portion of this role was focused on property conveyancing (both residential, commercial and agricultural), preparing commercial leases, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. This role has given her the experience that now gives her clients a unique advantage when navigating the legal side of buying or selling a home.

Pam and Tahlia came to Yanchep in 2020 to visit Tracy and fell in love with the area and with Perth! Finally in 2022, both Pam and Tahlia made the move to Australia. Pam completed her Real Estate Sales Representative course in a very short time frame and has been proudly serving her local community as a Real Estate Sales Representative ever since alongside her Mum, Tracy. 

Now happily settled in the area, Pamela lives with her partner Stewart and their three fur babies - Nox, Charlie, and Tiny. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her out enjoying the open road on the back of their motorbike or spending time with family.
