Note: Under the terms of this condition the Seller is entitled to continue to market the property for sale. If the Seller were to receive an offer they feel is more favourable, they can issue you with a Notice giving you 2 working days to declare the contract as unconditional. If you were unable to do so then this Offer would come to an end. You can request a safe period (some Sellers will grant a week or two) in which the Seller is unable to accept another offer/issue you Notice to give you a chance to get your property listed and sold.
